Pho Pasteur
Because it's hugely popular, especially among Asians, the restaurant has expanded its Brighton location and added a Harvard Square restaurant. My favorite dishes are the wonderfully nuanced and flavorful noodle soups, which constitute nutritious, low cholesterol meals by themselves. Pho Pasteur also has locations in Chinatown and the western 'burbs (Newton? Brookline?)
